Q: Do you make mannequins?

A: Unfortunately we do not manufacture or produce mannequins or visual merchandising equipment; however we do have access to a vast array of suppliers that we enlist to make sure we meet your needs

 

Q: Do you manufacture slat wall?

A: We do not manufacture slat wall, how ever we can supply slat wall and install it with in our services

 

Q: What is a CDM co-ordinators role (was planning supervisor pre 2007)?

A: The CDM co-ordinator (planning supervisor) is a creation of the Regulations. His principal role is to ensure that everyone else is carrying out their duties under the regulations, and advise accordingly. He may also actually carry out some of the duties. He must be competent under the regulations, and have the resources to carry out his duties.

Q: Are your maintenance contractors vetted to ensure they are doing a good job. As I don’t want a person turning up at my store who has had a bad reputation or does a poor job?

A: All of our sub contractors are members of an approved body and we also take time in periodically visiting our sub contractors to verify their working practices. We also provide you with the opportunity to rate our work and if you are not happy for any reason a member of our team will call you discuss your grievance.

A:  We do indeed maintain / install fire alarms and security systems; we can also carry out all relevant annual checks and certify the systems already in place.

 

Q: Do you use environmentally friendly products?

A: We have suppliers that allow us to offer environmentally friendly products to the client, along with trained professional to insure correct installation and use of these products.

 

Q: What is an O/M Manual?

A: An O/M manual is the (Operations Manual) for your store. Retail design will produce these and the end of any project or shop-fit. The manual will have detail information for continued maintenance and service or your store. From technical information about the installed Air conditioning system to the type of luminaries installed.
