DES UK Maintenance is an established NICEIC company based in Northampton; DES has been trading in the Electrical Maintenance field since 1979 and provides coverage to the whole of the UK and Ireland for Retail and Commercial Trade.

DES aims to provide clients with a totally reliable, responsive and efficient service whilst still retaining the personal touch.

DES UK Maintenance has an in house design team that can not only illustrate your lighting and electrical systems but can show it in real time via computer generated images allowing accurate positioning and lamp selection saving time and money in any retail or commercial refit.

Unlike many electrical installers DES has a commitment which does not end with the completion of a successful installation. In many cases it is the start of a long commercial relationship from, a one of maintenance call out or a long term annual contract.

DES has invested in a bespoke web based “Maintenance Management System” which is fully supported by our in house technical development team. The DES Management system which is password protected is available via remote access to all our clients and can be customised to provide each client with there individual requirements.

The DES maintenance management system is all ready becoming a huge success, giving clients the ability to monitor and control their retail stores and all there on going maintenance issues.

DES has an in house help desk which is able to provide a client with a fast 4 hour response time and a 24 hour breakdown call out unparallel by most electrical maintenance companies
