The DES Maintenance management system is a bespoke web based database, this database is fully supported by the DES technical development team. The system which is securely password protected, is available via remote access to all DES UK maintenance clients and can be customised to provide each client with their individual requirements.

Why is the management system so beneficial?

Using the DES maintenance management system DES clients are able to monitor and be in control of their stores or premises with regard to all their maintenance issues. The database is able to show previous history of recent and past maintenance under taken on any retail store or premise and give instant feedback on issues such as Portable appliance testing and certification licensing for the premises in question. Further more all certification can be viewed online or downloaded at the client’s discretion.

Can anyone use the management system?

Once you have been given your password and the database has been updated with all the relevant information it is easily accessed from the internet making the database completely mobile. The Database has been set up to be easily navigated and has an integrated search engine allowing even faster navigation to the information required.

Is the database secure?

The DES maintenance management system has an integrated security protocol making it un-accessible to anyone with out the appropriate information, I.E. account name, username, password etc. The encryption security is constantly updated to new standards to keep all data protected and securely backed up.

Will my data be passed onto other companies?

All the information stored on our database is securely protected with the latest encryption protocols. Information is strictly prohibited and will not be passed onto other sources without direct permission.
